Sport Mono
Converting a photograph to mono can simplify any image and create a timeless image with impact. This can often work for sports images and can be an ideal way of focusing the viewer’s attention on the subject/action. Distracting backgrounds can spoil a sports image and a simple conversion to mono can sometimes help. With any conversion of mono from colour, sometimes it just works and sometimes it doesn’t.
